WiFi
There is WiFi available at Jomo Kenyatta International, but it comes at a cost. There are rumors that occasionally you can get lucky and get an hour of service for free, but we’re not making any promises.
Currency Exchange
ATMs, banking facilities and currency exchange services are available in every terminal. National Bank of Kenya, Transnational Bank, Barclays and Forex Bureau are just some of the branches at NBO.
Ground Transportation
NBO has official taxis, operated by Kenatco outside the arrivals hall. The less expensive options are bus services that stop outside Units 1 and 2 or Green Citi Hoppa minibus services. If you want to drive, there are car rental services such as Avis, Budget, Naz and Payless.
Safety Tip: In general, you shouldn’t walk in downtown Nairobi at night. If you must be out and about after dark, always take public transport or taxi.
