The Egyptair flight to Cairo is in a new 777 and the service was excellent and very comfortable. I would do this again. They provided a free hotel and free lunch and dinner buffet with free transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. The food was outstanding. They even setup a tour of the pyramids thru their Karnak travel group for a very reasonable price. The flight to SA was in an older BA330 and the seats only went down to 3/4 flat but the service was again quite good.

Alex B. made arrangements for our trip to Athens and Venice. I suggested an airline, but Alex recommended Lufthansa. He arranged for us to fly first class, in lie-flat seats, where we were treated as special guests of the airline. The seat and bed, service, meals and wine selections exceeded our expectations. But most of all, the services provided by Alex before, during and after the trip were outstanding. We wanted to return on a flight that was not available, so Alex continued to check with the airline while we were away. On the day before our return, he notified us that he was able to get the flight that we requested. I will definitely call him the next time we plan cross country or international trips. Kudos!
